Partition warranty covers any defect due to faulty material for a period of ten years from the date of invoice. Partition Systems or its certified installers shall repair or replace the product without charge, providing it has not been caused by misuse, careless handling or where others have attempted repairs or alterations. Our liability is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of products.
Pods wear parts (including gas lifts, leveling glides, LED lighting, electric parts, hinges and locks) are warranted. Regular maintenance will extend the lifespan of a single pod unit substantially. Maintenance includes regular service calls for the unit (tightening screws, adjusting hinges, etc.) and the replacement of wear parts.
These warranties shall not be applicable if vandalism, improper installation, or improper cleaning/maintenance of products has contributed as just cause for the products failure. These warranties extend to commercial and industrial purchasers and do not extend to any other persons, including consumers of the products. These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise.

(1) Track the arrival of the goods after the ship is opened and inform customers in time
